With less moisture and protein, Megastar’s high quality soft wheat flour is best suited for chemically-leavened baked recipes, cookies and crackers. It also works well with flours that have higher protein content.

Silverstar offers a versatile blend that’s perfect for creating torta, cupcakes, and breading. It enhances the quality of goods, best used with hard wheat flour recipes.
