Best for baking cookies, crackers, and other chemically-leavened products, Gold Star is one of our premium quality soft wheat flours. We also recommend using it with higher protein flours to make danish and puff pastries.

Megastar
With less moisture and protein, Megastar’s high quality soft wheat flour is best suited for chemically-leavened baked recipes, cookies and crackers. It also works well with flours that have higher protein content.
