Pilmico receives Award of Excellence for Internal Communications from Philippine Quill

Last August 30, Pilmico received a Quill Award of Excellence for Communication Management in the Internal Communications category for SuperConversations with SMA (Sabin M. Aboitiz). 

The Philippine Quill is bestowed upon exemplary works of business communication.SuperConversations with SMA (SuperCon) was granted this award for its creative and resourceful approach to employee engagement ultimately, bridging the gap between the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Partners. Now on its 6th season, SuperCon has been key in amplifying company values and culture by creating a safe space for employees to openly discuss concerns, issues, and even ideas with none other than the CEO.
