Pilmico joins Bakery World 2018

In every industry, competitive advantage and the capacity to adapt to trends and technologies are key factors for sustainability and success. Bakery World 2018 which happened last October 5 to 7 at the Centre Convention Hall, Mandaue City in Cebu tackles just that.

The event gathered industry leaders in the flour and food sector to share best practices to more than 4,000 baking enthusiasts, bakery owners, and culinary students.

 

Pilmico, having been in the flour industry for 56 years, participated in the event through an interactive booth showcasing our high-quality? flour products and business knowledge.

Visitors got the opportunity to learn firsthand how Pilmico can help them begin their baking business by linking them to the different Pilmico Partners in the region. They also got to interact with celebrity chef Chef Boy Logro who also did a cooking demo using Pilmico’s branded pasta, Yummii, on the main stage during the event.

 

A gallery of our Partners’ success stories were also showcased in the booth; highlighting Pilmico’s commitment to providing customers quality products and sound technical assistance, to help them grow their business.

 

Bakery World 2018 wouldn’t have been complete without the opportunity of Pilmico to exhibit the skills of our trained technicians, Giovani Maderaje and Felix Oracoy, in the Cake Decorating Contest.
