Pilmico flour supports Mahalin Pagkaing Atin Campaign

Pilmico Flour in coordination of Pilmico Research and Training Bakery conducted a baking demo during the Mahalin Pagkaing Atin campaign in Roxas City, Capiz last April 22 at the Dadivus Gym, Capiz State University. The Mahalin Pagkaing Atin ambassadors: Chef Cynthia Durian and Chef Norlibeth ___ together with Celebrity Chef Boy Logro demonstrated dishes and desserts that used local ingredients that creates livelihood for the attendees. The cooking demo started with the white adobo in a jar, stuffed roll chicken in pepper demi glazed sauce, omellete rice, pork belly barbeque, siomai, and egg floating island. Sweet and savory during the baking demo with cinnamon churros, empanada, leche flan puto, pulvoron cupcake, ube or mongo butchi, and macaroons.
