Can I return or refund my orders?
We don’t accept returns or refunds. Once the products have been ordered and paid for, they are considered sold.
Acceptable returns from customer are only as follows:
– damaged packaging upon delivery;
– inferior packaging (crumpled, discoloration, etc);
– Infestation; or
– Kibble conditions (discoloration, sticky, etc)
How do I process my returns?
You need to fill out the Customer Return Form. For more information you can communicate with the Channel Development Specialists:

What happens when I get the order wrong?
Kindly send an e-mail to your assigned Channel Development Specialist regarding your wrong order so it can be reprocessed from the distributor’s side.
