Marinated Soy Garlic Samgyupsal

Who said you can’t have Korean barbecue for Christmas dinner? You definitely can! Get the soju and karaoke machine ready! #EatPinoyPork

INGREDIENTS:

500g The Good Meat Samgyupsal cut meat

Marinade:

3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Distilled Vinegar
⅛ tsp Ground black pepper
¼ tsp Iodized salt
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Brown Sugar

PROCEDURE:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 

2. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. 

3. Let the mixture cool. Once cooled, transfer to a ziplock bag and add the meat. 

4. Refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 

5. Cook and enjoy!
