Flour and Feed Mills
Flour Mill: Our commitment to premium quality in every bag of flour has positioned us as one of the country’s top flour producers. From our rigorous selection of the finest imported wheat to utilizing state-of-the-art milling facilities, we provide our customers with flour products that meet the highest industry standards.
Feed Mill: We are dedicated to delivering total solutions that nourish livestock, aquaculture and pets at every stage of development. We source high-grade raw materials that are processed in our feed mills, which comply with all food safety certifications and quality standards. This commitment makes us a trusted and reliable partner in the country.
Port
Our facility in Iligan features its own port, which can accommodate a variety of ships ranging from inter-island vessels to Panamax ships. This strategic advantage allows us to efficiently deliver our goods fresh to any location in the country. Our dedicated port is also capable of handling wheat-loaded international bulk carriers to ensure that we only get the finest quality wheat grains directly from the source. With our systematic unloading operations, we are able to fill our silos to full capacity.
Quality Assurance Laboratories
All of our flour and feed mills are equipped with Quality Assurance laboratories that feature the latest testing equipment to ensure the quality and safety of our products. These laboratories are managed and operated by highly-skilled, trained quality specialists.
Layer Farms
Pilmico’s layer farms prioritize the health and protection of our layer hens. Our layer farms implement stringent biosecurity measures and advanced climate-control systems that minimize stress and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Our fully automated egg collection process reduces the risk of Salmonella and E. Coli contamination and rigorous quality sampling and testing ensure our eggs consistently meet the highest standards.
Swine Farms
Pilmico’s swine farms are commited to raising healthy market-quality hogs. Our swine farms are equipped with advanced hog production systems, including automated feeding and drinking systems. We also enforce strict biosecurity and safety measures to protect hogs from bacterial and viral disease exposure. Our hogs are kept in a climate-controlled environment with proper sanitation, ensuring a stress-free setting that promotes high-quality production.
Meat Cutting Facility
Our world-class meat-cutting facility, Tarlac MeatMasters, is one of only seven triple-A accredited facilities in the Philippines. With a daily capacity of 1,500 heads per day, the facility utilizes top-notch expertise, innovative technology, and the highest standards of food safety. From slaughtering to cutting, packaging and storage, Tarlac MeatMasters provides a complete range of services to consistently produce premium pork cuts for its customers.
